DIVAS Shop for Opera
New York City Opera is excited to announce the date for DIVAS Shop for Opera, the most anticipated shopping event in the city!
The event will be June 6, 2012 from 5:00 – 10:00pm at the 82Mercer studios, located in the heart of Soho at 82 Mercer Street – between Spring and Broome Streets.
Join fellow fashionistas while enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while they choose from a diverse selection of alluring merchandise including donated vintage and designer clothing and accessories, and leave with prized gift bag. Past donors have included Bill Blass, Nanette Lepore, Versace, Rubin Singer, Chado Ralph Rucci, Manolo Blahnik, Zac Posen, DKNY, Luca Luca, Zandra Rhodes, Carmen Marc Valvo, Vera Wang and many more.
In addition to being a fabulous party, DIVAS Shop for Opera will support the design and creation of costumes for productions at New York City Opera.
